Institute/Library are required to act right away having signed license agreements with all publishers. Publishers frequently revoke access to electronic resources while waiting for the Institute or Library to take appropriate action. Access may be suspended for all journals published by the same publisher in addition to those whose license agreements were broken. Additionally, not only is access suspended for the specific offender but also for the entire institution.
    2. If any of our Institute users violate the above-mentioned electronic resources usage policy, they would risk having their library access suspended and access to the resource(s) blocked. This is applicable to users of this service at all levels.
